Teresa, affectionately known as Teri, has been with the firm since 2008. A strong writer, she is skilled at content creation and digital marketing, including crafting client messaging, press releases, media alerts, newsletter and website copy, and drafting award nominations for clients. Always a team player, she dives into any project with a keen interest in assessing client needs to develop and implement effective strategies to help them reach their goals. A creative and curious individual, she does not shy away from the latest social media app or industry software tool to assist in media monitoring, client development, market research, and targeting media contacts to secure bylined articles and position clients as expert sources.

 

She has extensive experience supporting clients including law firms, financial institutions, and non-profit organizations. Her projects include launching a successful community relations and digital marketing strategy for the Area Agency on Aging for Southwest Florida, assisting the Area Stage Company promote its 30-year anniversary in the community, and supporting public relations efforts for Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP for the last 15 years.

 

Teresa is fluent in English and Spanish and has an associate in arts degree from Miami Dade College. Before embarking on the path of communications, she had experience in sales and customer relations for television, Italian imports, and residential construction.

 

When she isn’t putting her creative-thinking skills to work for clients, you can find her supporting Miami’s evolving art scene, working on fiber art projects, practicing French and Italian on language apps, or curating classic film "must-watch" lists for her friends.
