Frances has been at EvClay since 1989. She began as an editor, working on press releases and client projects, including brochures, newsletters and annual reports. She has also written articles on behalf of clients for local business publications.

Frances works closely with account executives to develop strategies and approaches to highlight the work and achievements of firm clients and has helped to conceptualize and implement media initiatives. She has also assisted in the management of crisis situations.

Currently, she heads the firm’s operations and works with firm principals to focus on innovation and the bottom line. She is responsible for training, personnel and fiscal matters.

Frances graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a minor in art history. She also spent a summer semester abroad in Florence, Italy studying Renaissance art, which ignited a lifelong love for the arts. She also enjoys travel, especially to Africa, and Bible history.
