Since ECA’s inception almost 70 years ago, the firm has represented nearly two dozen financial institutions. Under the leadership of firm owner and president Dana Clay, Everett Clay Associates has worked with start-up institutions and firmly established entities as well as the Resolution Trust Corporation and FDIC in takeover situations.
Banking institutions include TotalBank, Republic National Bank of Miami, AmeriFirst Bank, Popular Bancshares, Peoples Bank, Plaza Bank, Chase Bank, Credit Suisse and Bank of North America, where Ms. Clay served on the founding board of directors for six years, served on the audit committee and was elected chairperson of the CRA committee.
In addition to banking entities, the firm has also represented various product and market segments in the financial sector including a municipal bond firm and a pension management company.
